We would like to thank you for all your help with our conservation filing for our additional project. You were correct when you said Lexington is a very difficult town when it comes to wetlands.
We truly feel that we would never have been able to get approval for the project without your help. Please thank everyone on your team that worked with you on this project. They were all very professional and worked quickly to get the filing in on time. Hope you have a chance to come see the finished room and still owe you those cookies I promised.

Recently you worked with us to obtain a variance so that we could build a garage and add a sunroom to connect it to the house. Even though the variance was not needed for the sunroom itself, but for the new garage that will connect to it, you chose to be involved with the variance process. Your willingness to guide us through this part of the project and customer successful.
From the beginning of the project, your experience gave us confidence that we would be able to get the variance we needed. Your knowledge of the “hardship” criteria for our lot, expertise in pulling together the required artifacts and documents, and familiarity with the zoning boarding in our town all contributed to the successful appeal for a variance.

I want to thank you very much for the overall effort that Kevin has put into making my sunroom perfect for me and especially for the work that you did to assure that I received the variation I needed from the zoning codes in the Town of York, Maine so that I could install the sunroom. Although we only had less than two feet difference between the standard requirwement and what I needed on the lot, it seemed like a mile of trouble to me as I had never before been involved in a Board of Appeals activity.
You helped me get the right forms, you filled them all out for me, you made contact with the Board of Appeals office and you went to the hearing with me, spoke for me and received strong support from the Board of Appeals for the Variance that I needed. Making it worse for you, the Board canceled the first two hearings when I was scheduled to appear so you had to change your schedule three times to be able to represent me when the hearing finally took place.
